The Land

Lot 1 to be let on a cropping agreement to be ploughed and cropped by taker.

Lot 2 to be let on a grazing agreement to be mown or grazed. Or on a cropping agreement to be ploughed and cropped by taker.

Suitable for mowing twice or grazed with cattle or sheep, NO BULLS. This land benefits from a mains water supply and good stock proof boundaries.

If cropping, the agreement will end on 30^th September 2026 but if mowing or grazing cattle will be required to be off by the 30^th September and Sheep will be required to be off by the 31^st October. Landowner is available to check stock.

Land will be unfertilised. Taker can apply own fertiliser, slurry or muck.

All land benefits from roadside access. Boundaries on lot 2 are in stock proof condition but the taker must satisfy themselves with the condition of fences.
