The land will be let in 12 lots. All lets let from 13th April, 2023 until 31st October for both cattle and sheep. All well watered and fenced. Cattle and sheep handling facilities are available. Winter free. Fertiliser and slurry details to be confirmed at time of let.

The land is to be let in 7 lots. All lets from 20th April, 2023 to 20th October, 2023 for sheep and 20th April to 30th September for cattle. To graze with cattle and sheep only. No mowing of the land. No feeding of roughages. Troughs or creep feeders (including lick buckets) may be used and must be moved daily. Further details on the let can be found in our catalogue.

Land to let at 7pm on behalf of Mr Norman Holliday meeting at Skelton Pasture. To be let in 7 lots. Grazing for both cattle and sheep from the 14th April to the 21st October. Takers to herd their own stock. All mains water but there is to be a trough charge of £80 per lot. No mowing of the land. No feed troughs. No supplementary feeding allowed except sheep creep feeders. Feed blocks can be used until the end of August only. Handling facilities are available at the farm. lots 4 and 6 have catching pens in the field. Any accidental damage caused to the pens is the responsibility of the taker to mend.
